Mix Off is an annual event that takes place on IUP's campus every spring. Different groups and organizations each make a signature NON-alcoholic drink based on a particular theme. This year's theme was Food Network TV Shows. Each group also is in charge of setting up a display to match their theme. The entire campus is then invited to take part in the 2 hour event, sampling each group's special drink. Samplers are then asked to vote for their favorite drink by making a donation in that particular group's donation jar. The group with the most money in the donation jar at the end of the event is declared the winner. All monies earned throughout the night is then donated to the charity of the winning group's choice. This year, the lovely ladies of Beta Psi came up with a Lemon Razz Shake to go along with our theme of Diner's, Drive In's and Dives. We didn't win, unfortunately, but we had a good time, and we, along with our brothers, Alpha Phi Omega, got the party started.
